Radical Renovation in an apartment in Kypseli
The project involves radical renovation and energy efficiency upgrade in a 3rd floor apartment in Kypseli.
The renovation of the apartment includes the following interventions:
- Thermoprotection,
- New Heating Network and installation of a Natural Gas Boiler,
- New High Efficiency Air Conditioners ,
- Replacement of window frames with new energy efficient aluminium frames,
- Installation of solar water heater,
- Bathroom & WC renovation,
- Kitchen Renovation,
- Replacement of wardrobes,
- Placement of new tiles on the terrace,
- Tent replacement and
- Painting of the entire apartment.
