Electromechanical Studies

Our company undertakes the preparation of electromechanical studies of building projects, which concern buildings or parts of buildings, and are required either in the permit phase (building permit, small-scale permit), or in the construction phase of the project.

Energy Performance Certificate

The Energy Performance Certificate reflects the energy efficiency of a building and is required for the purchase or rental of a building. AXA ENGINEERING undertakes the issuance of the certificate with realistic proposals for energy upgrade interventions tailored to your space.

EXIKONOMO PROGRAMS

The subsidised Exikonomo programmes aim to improve the Energy Class of homes in order to save energy and upgrade their energy efficiency.

Electrical Certificates

According to the existing legislation (Law 4483/65), it is mandatory to check and re-check the internal electrical installations of buildings by licensed Installers Electricians, who issue an electrical Certificate that is submitted to DEI.

Fire Safety

According to current legislation, all businesses are required to keep a fire safety study file at their headquarters and to implement all fire protection measures defined according to their activity. Our company undertakes the process of compiling a fire protection file and issuing a fire protection certificate, as well as the construction of permanent active fire protection systems.

Retroactive permitting

In order to carry out any notarial act on a property or to implement an energy upgrade, there must be no urban planning violations (arbitrariness). Contact us to find out how your property will be included in the law N4495/2017 if necessary.

Electronic Building Identity Card

The eID is the file containing the data of a building in the context of the digitalization of government services. This file contains all the documents that have accompanied the building since its construction. This process can be initiated entirely by us, and is necessary for the issuance of a new building permit, for the completion of arbitrary declarations or for the transfer of your building.
