The Exoikonomo subsidy programs (Exoikonomo at Home, Exoikonomo – Renovate, Exoikonomo Business etc.) aim to improve the energy efficiency of homes and businesses by providing financial support and incentives to businesses and individuals.
AXA ENGINEERING undertakes the entire implementation process of Exoikonomo programs for our customers. This includes the application process to the program, the issuing of the necessary documents (Energy Performance Certificates, Electronic Building Identity, Building Work Permit), a comprehensive proposal of interventions for maximum energy improvement according to the needs of your home, implementation of the works, and the completion of the application through the moment of financial disbursement.

Main requirements for the eligibility of a house for the Exoikonomo program:
- To be a permanent structure
- To be used as a main residence
- With an existing energy class less than or equal to C
The energy upgrades include the following interventions:
- Replacement of window frames
- Shading systems
- Thermal insulation of the roof
- Thermal insulation of external walls
- Heating – Cooling systems (Natural Gas, Heat Pump, Biomass boiler system – wood pellet boiler system, Air conditioners)
- Radiant Floor heating system
- Solar water heaters
- Energy management devices (smarthome systems)
