Studio Renovation

Renovation of a film production studio ( Phase A – Summer 2019 ) 

Design and construction of air conditioning – ventilation in a private cinema ( Phase B – Winter 2021 ) 

In the present project during the A phase of construction the following works were carried out : 

• Reinforcement of existing loft 
• Radical renovation of electrical ( Strong – Weak ) on 2 floors of the building
• Construction of plasterboard partitions
• Minor plumbing repairs 
• Renovation of 1 WC
• Cleaning of existing marble, wood 

During the B phase of the renovation in Winter 2021 the following works were carried out:

• Design & construction of Ventilation with Heat Recovery ( VAM ) 
• Design & construction of Air Conditioning System 

in the private cinema – image and sound processing area of the company.
