Energy Upgrade, Structural Reinforcement and construction of an External Elevator in an apartment building in Neo Heraklion, Attica

In the framework of the project the following works were carried out: 

• Dismantling of the old roof insulation
• Structural reinforcement of the balcony with carbon fibre reinforcement
• Change of roof railing
• Waterproofing of the roof
• Dismantling of old plasters on parapets
• Restoration of reinforcement
• Plastering of parapets
• Thermal insulation of building 
• Replacement of Doors & Window Frames
