The project included the following works: 

• Dismantling of loose plasters
• Structural reinforcement of masonry, ceilings and ground floor columns
• Washing of masonry
• Construction of new masonry
• Strong plastering (flying plaster) 
• Plastering 
• Dismantling of existing flooring and construction of new flooring
• Radical renovation of plumbing, construction of rainwater and sewage wells
• Thermal insulation of the building
• Heating installation 
• Installation of new doors & window frames

Project Duration : November 2021-June 2022 ( Phase 1 of the project )
